Chef/ Owners John and Elizabeth Hamilton have returned to their roots to revitalize and rebirth this amazing historical property in the Finger Lakes Region.
Both grew up in Ithaca, and were married on this gorgeous property formerly known as the Rose Inn. After a vicious fire destroyed the inn in 2004, the Hamiltons purchased the ruins in October of 2006 to rebuild. After Years of Running the Inn and the Elizabeth Restaurant, Offering the Finger Lakes Region’s Premier Weddings and Catering, Private Functions and Retreats, we continue to expand on the foundations of Quality, high environmental standards and exceptional hotel/ inn accommodations and fine dining.
Expansions of the ever growing Hamilton Farm on the property are continuing to blossom well. With high aspirations to produce and grow much of the produce and products used to operate the inn, restaurant, and luxury weddings, there is great potential and growth to come! More Fruit Trees of differing varietals will be added in the spring with great growth and expansion unto our gardens as well. Continued aim at self sustainable operations comprising luxury and the highest standards of service will soon be a reality!
